>Real Estate in Henderson NV

Finding a suitable Nevada Real Estate Agent can be a daunting task for those relocating without local contacts.  We've put this Henderson Nevada Real Estate Page together to help you get started in your Home Search.

Securing a Good Real Estate Agent is essential to finding the "right" home to suit your very specific needs.  Knowledgeable Agents can steer your buying process in the right direction with expert advice on everything from Mortgage Brokers, Insurance, Association Fees, Schools, Pest Control, Taxes, etc.

Find an agent with EXPERIENCE in the Las Vegas Market (And specifically the Henderson Nevada Real Estate Market) and a reputation for excellence.  A realtor is your only hope of finding the best property to suit your needs in this red hot market.  The good properties are sold so fast you'll never find them in the newspaper, online, or a magazine.

Las Vegas (specifically Henderson) has 100's of agents and we can not possibly know of or even claim to know who is the best for your very specific needs.

Buying Tip:  Secure your financing BEFORE contacting a Realtor.  Las Vegas/Henderson is the HOTTEST Real Estate Market in the country.  If you don't already live here you simply can't comprehend the incredible pace at which Real Estate Transactions occur.

Quality Homes (in the $175,000 to $450,000 price range) hit the market and are closing in  less than 15 days (and at an average of 98% of asking price).  You absolutely MUST have your financing lined up prior to contacting a Realtor.

You are wasting your time to look at a Home before you have financing - in the time it takes to secure financing the home will have already sold!  Don't let a lack of preparation keep you from getting into the home you want!  YOU MUST BE READY TO BUY!

How to Select a REALTOR®

For most of us, the purchase or sale of a home is one of the largest transactions we will ever make and is best done with the assistance of a professional. If you are looking to buy a home, a REALTOR® can help you determine how much home you can afford, suggest ways to save the down payment and explain alternative financing methods. If you are selling your home, a REALTOR® can help you set a realistic selling price, pre-qualify potential buyers and help negotiate the best price for your home.

So how do you go about finding a qualified REALTOR®?

First of all, you may want to ask for referrals from relatives, friends or neighbors who recently bought or sold a home. If they were pleased with the service their REALTOR® provided, chances are you will be too. Try to find out as much as possible about their home buying or selling experience. What kind of service did they receive? Would they choose this REALTOR® or real estate company again? If you are selling your home, look for sale signs in your neighborhood. You may want to attend open houses to observe agents in action. You can also get leads by reading the real estate ads in the newspaper or browsing through the complete listing of homes on our site. Once you have narrowed your choice to two or three REALTORS®, consider the following factors.

Knowledge of Your Neighborhood

If you are selling your home, look for a REALTOR® who is familiar with your neighborhood. Your REALTOR® should be able to prepare a detailed competitive market analysis which compares your home with others in the neighborhood that have been listed for sale or have sold in recent months. When dealing with potential buyers, your REALTOR® should also be able to point out the benefits your community offers, including nearby schools, shopping areas, local services and facilities, and community organizations.

Client Testimonials

Do not hesitate to ask for a list of references. Client testimonials can be the key to finding a REALTOR® who can provide the level of service you want and need. While many may recommend working with experienced REALTORS®, new agents can provide equally professional service. For new agents, it often depends on the training and support they receive from their broker, as well as the kinds of marketing resources available through their firm. If you are selling your home, ask for the number of homes the REALTOR® has sold in the last three months and ways he or she will market your home.

Specialty Designations and Affiliations

Not every agent is a REALTOR®. Unlike many real estate agents who are licensed by the state, a REALTOR® has taken additional steps to become a member of a Board of Realtors and has agreed to adhere to the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics. Membership in the Las Vegas Board of REALTORS® obligates members to be fair to all parties involved in transactions. Some REALTORS® earn designations in special areas. The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations reflect additional education and experience in the residential field. Once you’ve made your selection, take time to get to know your REALTOR® and ask for a written commitment that outlines the services you can expect.

Still in your Home State?

Try searching Realtor.com it's great fun for seeing what properties are available, and discovering the types of neighborhoods that interest you.  At this time I feel it's important to note (as cool as Realtor.com is) that many of the "select" properties never make it from the MLS to the online public listings services like Realtor.com.  The very best properties are sold long before they hit the websites, the newspapers, or the open houses.  For this reason we fully recommend you utilize the services of a Licensed Experienced Agent.

Agents with Experience in Henderson

THIS IS NOT A PAID ADVERTISEMENT, RATHER A COURTESY LISTING.

Agent Ph (702) Web
Lisa Wilson 497-2665 None
las vegas and henderson nevada real estate professional Lisa Wilson Lisa can help you find your home in:  Anthem, Green Valley, Henderson, Sun City, Anthem Country Club, Seven Hills, McDonald Ranch, and the entire South end of the Valley!  89011, 89012, 89014, 89015, 89016, 89052, 89074

Lisa can also refer you to qualified competent Mortgage Lenders.  Las Vegas & Henderson Markets are very active with many areas experiencing multiple offers on a single property, and listings selling for ABOVE asking price.  Get your financing lined up THEN contact Lisa or contact Lisa for a mortgage lender referral that can get you financed for the property you want!

As a second generation Realtor Lisa has been working the South End of the Las Vegas Valley for nearly 10 years now.  She knows the neighborhoods, the schools, the businesses, and the market.

A Note about Realtors in Las Vegas:  Personally I'm pretty damn sick of all the whiney Realtors.  I get link requests all the time.  They want me to link to them, but they don't even have the courtesy to link back.  I've had several put up a link so I would link to them, then as soon as I do "pull" the link from their site.  Vegas Realtors are the most Selfish Self Centered People I've ever encountered.

Just call Lisa and skip all the bullshit!  Don't you deserve to be treated professionally, honestly, and with respect?  Call Lisa today!  I know this must read like an infomercial ad, but honestly she's the only Vegas realtor I've spoken with that will give it to you straight and get you what YOU want not what they want to sell.

I actually had one complaining to me because the market was so "Hot" she couldn't close any deals.  There were so many offers on the table that she couldn't get any sales.  Wah wah wah - get a life!  Gee there are so many buyers and the prices are so high I have to actually work to make 6 figures.  WAH!

So I am only recommending 1 Realtor - Lisa Wilson.  Lisa is a very busy Realtor, and you'll probably get her voice mail on your first attempt.  But if you're ready to buy, at least you'll be dealing with someone who really knows the area and has the experience to get you into the home you want and deserve.

I have no relationship with Lisa other than when I called her for information on a property she immediately faxed me information on properties I had asked about, and was very honest and forthright on the phone.  She does not have a website, busy Vegas Realtors don't need to solicit online.  So I put up this listing as a courtesy.

Note to all Realtors with Websites:  Don't even bother asking for a link.
