<p>The &#8220;Green&#8221; you see in Green Valley is the result of a lot of watering, and desert friendly plants.  With the explosive growth of the early 2,000&#8242;s and the arid drought conditions in the Western United States over the past decade; don&#8217;t expect the taps to be flowing freely ever again during our lifetime!</p>

<p>Henderson Nevada Real Estate prices are declining significantly in some neighborhoods. The fall began in 2007 and continues in 2008 and could well continue into 2010! The median price is now less than $300,000. Expect to pay $350-$500K for a typical 2,000+sq ft family residence in the nicer neighborhoods, but values in the $200K range are now a reality.</p>
