Las Vegas & Henderson Nevada Real Estate Market is in Flux! There are a lot of Foreclosures on the Market!
Henderson Nevada Real Estate prices are declining significantly in some neighborhoods. The fall began in 2007 and continues in 2008 and could well continue into 2010! The median price is now less than $300,000. Expect to pay $350-$500K for a typical 2,000+sq ft family residence in the nicer neighborhoods, but values in the $200K range are now a reality.
